School Uniforms - Student Dress Code
In the 2006/2007 school year the parents at Elkhart voted to support a dress code for our students. Students that are dressed in uniform tend to focus more on their school work and less on fashion. Thank you for your support with our dress code. As before, we have help available in the front office for families that cannot afford to purchase uniforms. A vendor will be selling uniform shirts and sweatshirts in the school several times a week. Please inquire in the main office for the days and times of uniform sales.
Shirts: Solid white, light blue or dark blue. Must have collars and sleeves (polo shirts, turtle necks, dress shirts, blouses, etc.)
Pants, shorts, skirts, skorts or jumpers: solid navy blue or khaki. and black Must be dress material (no jeans, sweats, sports jersey, etc.)
Sweaters or sweatshirts: must be solid white, light blue or dark blue. No logos, designs or emblems other than the Elkhart logo.
