My job is to accelerate the learning of every APS student every day.

I do my job by ensuring that every student shapes a successful future by building teacher capacity through the implementation of effective instructional practices.  This includes:

My community needs me to do my job!

Psychologist

Molly Lipkin

Molly Lipkin joined the Elkhart team in 2021. She obtained her doctorate degree in school psychology from the University of Colorado – Denver in 2020, following receiving her master’s degree in counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2014. Molly has worked as a child and adolescent therapist in Denver since 2014, where she is originally from. When she is not with her students, Molly enjoys hiking, yoga, reading and traveling.

My job is to accelerate the learning of every APS student everyday.

I do my job by providing social, emotional and behavioral supports for children, celebrating differences, advocating for inclusive learning opportunities, and creating a safe (and fun!) environment for students to form supportive relationships with peers and trusted adults.

My Community needs me to do my job!

Social Worker
